High protein full day of eating!
If you're working out and your goal is to BUILD MUSCLE, LOSE WEIGHT, change your BODY COMPOSITION - you NEED PROTEIN!
Don't look at full day of eating posts and copy them to a T. You want to use people's full days of eating as inspiration for recipes!
The ONLY way I can get enough protein in on a regular basis is to meal prep! Most of what you're seeing in this post has been prepped ahead of time.
I prepped my chickpea salad lunches on Sunday by putting greens in 5 different jars and roasting the chickpeas and nuts and seeds together, I made the tacos today but the shredded chicken and pinto beans were prepped on Sunday as well! Dinner was made yesterday but I made a double batch so all I needed to do
was heat it up!
So although these meals may look a little elaborate, they hardly took me any time (today) to throw together!
