The best day is leg day & you can’t convince me otherwise. This is one of my go-to leg workouts when I’m trying to get a really well-rounded butt kicking. All of these exercises can be modified to be dumbbell only, too, so no matter where you workout, you can give it a try!

Box Squats: hold your core tight as you lower onto the bench - be mindful not to rock your torso as you stand (to modify, grab two dumbbells and rack them at your shoulders)

Romanian Deadlifts: squeeze your armpits to keep your shoulders back, engage your core, and send your hips backward to hinge into the movement

Glute Bridges: drive your feet into the ground to lift your hips as you slightly tuck your tailbone and squeeze your glutes and core at the top

Cable Kickbacks: engage your core to stability your spine as you drive your foot backwards (to modify, get into a table top position on your hands and knees, tuck a dumbbell behind your knee, and kick your foot to the ceiling)

Lateral Walks: hinge your hips backwards and slightly bend your knees as you step laterally back and forth (to modify, hold dumbbells instead of plates)

Kettle Squats: hold your core tight and send your hips back as you drop into the squat, drive your feet into the floor to stand back up (to modify, swap the kettle for a dumbbell)
