This recipe is super simple and quick to make! Literally a go to meal 😍
Ingredient list:
3oz raw shrimp (I buy the 3oz large raw shrimp, already peeled, deveined, and with tail off from Sam’s.)
2 Tbsp of paprika, garlic powder, parsley flakes
1 whole lime
1 diced tomato
4 leaves of Romain lettuce
Tortilla of choice
Sriracha mayo
Step 1: Rinse and dry your shrimp before you begin seasoning!!
Step 2: Season the 3oz of shrimp with 2 Tbsp of paprika, garlic powder, parsley flakes, and lime juice.
Step 3: Marinate it over night or for at least 2-3 hours.
The air fryer has been my best friend for a few years now. It makes cooking much easier, so if you don’t have one, and you are able to, I recommend you invest in one!!
I cook the shrimp in 2 separate batches.
Step 4: Place in the air fryer at 320 and let them cook for 12 minutes.
Step 5: Wash and cut your tomatoes into dices, and wash and cut lettuce into shreds.
Step 6: assuming shrimp is ready, heat up for tortillas and cut shrimp into smaller pieces.
Step 7: Make your taco- add shrimp, lettuce and tomato to the tortilla
Topping it off with Siracha mayo is SUPERIOR. This sauce is my holy grail!
