Come with me for a self care day 💅🏻✨

We all have those wonderful days… you know, when all of the stars align and you have a day fully to yourself and all of your beauty appointments scheduled back to back

But seriously, I LOVE making a day out of my beauty/maintenance appointments. It makes me feel like I’m pampering myself 🧖🏻‍♀️🛁🫧 While it only happens every once in awhile, it’s something that I always make sure I have scheduled in every so often. Self care is so incredibly important, no matter if it’s a spa trip, taking a bath, or just listening to music.

So in honor of September being self care awareness month, this is what my typical self care day looks like:

💅🏻 9:00am - Give myself a press-on manicure at home

🧖🏻‍♀️ 11:00am - Go to the spa for a matching pedicure

☕️ 12:45pm - Have to have a mandatory Starbucks run

💳 1:30pm - Retail therapy from ULTA

💇🏻‍♀️ 3:00pm - Go to the salon for a new haircut

🍝 5:00pm - Cook a fancy vegan dinner

🧴 7:30pm - Finish the day with my nighttime skincare routine
