KAS glute bridges are half reps, you only go down halfway. This helps you load more weight and isolates your glutes better!
Regular hip thrusts are going to be full range of motion and targets both your quads and glutes.
Both are amazing for glute growth, personally I like KAS glute bridges more because I can load more weight on the barbell and utilize progressive overload!
