When I first started working out (and still to this day), my legs are my main priority. Don’t get me wrong, I love my upper body days, but legs will always be my favorite.
My favorite exercises to grow my legs are:
- elevated goblet squats: these help with quads
- bulgarian split squats: these help with glutes and quads
- hamstring curls: these help with your hamstrings
- leg extensions: these help with isolating your quads!
