As someone whose favorite day is leg day, I’ve gone through so many leg workouts and this is the one that has worked the best for me!
Workout Details:
- Start with a warm up set of hip thrusts and then increase the weights and go into your working works for 3 sets of 6-8 reps
- Next do a warm up set of leg press and then increase the weight and do 3 sets of 6-8 reps
- Then do RDL’s for 3 sets of 6-8 reps
- Cable step ups for 3 sets of 6-8 reps
- Lastly, glute medius kickbacks for 3 sets of 10 reps
