I’m going to start off by saying that when I say it’s okay to skip the gym, I don’t mean 24/7 or every single time you feel unmotivated. This is because although some days you may feel lazy and unmotivated, you won’t get anywhere without discipline…

Now with that being said, it’s okay to skip your workout sometimes. We all know that things happen that are out of our control such as getting sick, going on vacation, not feeling well because of something that may have happened, or even just the fact that we didn’t get enough sleep the night before. There’s a lot of things out of our control that can prevent us from working out that day, or even that week.

It’s okay to skip the gym when stuff like that happens and you don’t have to beat yourself up for it. It takes 2 weeks of being COMPLETELY inactive to see muscle loss, one day won’t hurt you I promise!
