Don’t get me wrong, I love my upper body days but lower body has always been my favorite… especially after I started adding drop sets to them!!

If you don’t know what drop sets are, that’s okay! Drop sets are where you do an exercise with heavy weight and once you’re done with however many reps you did, you immediately decrease the weight/drop the weight, and start doing more reps. Usually people tend to go til failure so their muscles can get the most out of their sets.

Here are my two favorites…

1. bulgarian split squat drop set:

- 8 weighted reps, drop the weight, do body weight reps until failure

2. elevated goblet squat drop set:

- 8 weighted reps, drop the weight, do body weight reps until failure.

Make sure to push yourself, if you feel like you can’t do anymore, I’m 100% sure you can do at least 2-4 more. Drop sets are supposed to be really challenging, you got this 👏
