I’ve tried many workout splits over the last 2 years, nothing really stuck/worked until I started doing my current one. It took a lot of trial and error and many mistakes until I found the perfect split for my goals.
Personally, my goals are to achieve an hourglass look, slimmer waist, bigger glutes and back as well and thus split has helped me achieve those goals.
You have to remember though, even though this works for me, it doesn’t mean it’ll work for everyone! Genetics play a big part in how your body looks like.
I have split up my workout split into 2 upper body days and 3 lower body days with cardio incorporated…
Workout Split:
Monday: glutes and hamstrings
Tuesday: back and biceps
Wednesday: quad focused
Thursday: chest, shoulders and triceps
Friday: glute focused
Also make sure to eat enough protein and stay consistent in order to see results faster and more efficiently!
