- cook 1 box of bowtie pasta, save some pasta water

- 3 tbsp garlic herb butter

- drizzle of olive oil

- juice of 2-3 lemons

- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

- 1/4 cup pasta water best thing I've ever

- salt + pep

- hefty amount of grated parm (about a half cup ish)

- top with more parm and parley for garnish
