Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:
Prep Chicken: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, then season with salt and pepper.
Crust: In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Dip each chicken breast in melted butter, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
Bake: Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Make Sauce: In a saucepan, combine cream, chicken broth, and Dijon mustard. Heat over medium until simmering, then remove from heat.
Add Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the baked chicken, then pour the cream sauce on top. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
