My summer highlights✨

So far this summer Ive been staying consistent with going to the gym and being more kind with my self and my loved ones I feel like no one really talks about the struggles of mental health and how it truly affects a person people always preach mental health but not when it shows the bad part and I feel like it's something we need to talk about. Some tips that help me be more kind and steps with my mental health is

-Affirmations

- Every Morning say something kind to ur self

- Building a support system

-Understanding thats its okay to ask for help
