Agoraphobia In The City - 9/26/24

I've had to really reduce my daily activities--I had more energy in the summer so I felt able to do more. Now I'm finding it hard to keep up, so I'm really prioritizing what needs to be done and leaving the rest for another time.

Today I spent the morning running some errands and then the afternoon catching up on some assignments.

Going to bed earlier has really helped.
