My weekly training includes:

👉🏼 for stability, mobility + flexibility

🏃🏻‍♀️ Running 🏃🏻‍♀️

👉🏼 for cardiovascular health

👉🏼 long distance + sprints

🏋️‍♀️ Core Training 🏋️‍♀️

👉🏼 for better athletic performance with my workouts

🤾🏽‍♀️ Plyometrics 🤾🏽‍♀️

👉🏼 for increased power, force absorption + production

🤸🏻‍♂️ Something Fun ⚽️

👉🏼 for fun duh

👉🏼 could be acro yoga, gymnastics, soccer, trampoline etc. but something different than the workouts previously mentioned

Remember you don’t have to workout 6-7 days/the week! I fit all of this in working out 4-5x/week for around an hour per session.
