Simple yummy one pot dish

Ingredients:
2 cups of rice
1 small japanese pumpkin (deskin)
A handful of mushroom (any type is OK)
2 sausages (U can use hot dog or Chinese sausage)
10 soaked dried shrimps (U can add more if u like)
20 goji berries
1 clove garlic
1 stalk of white part of spring onion
1 tablespoon of soya sauce
1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
Dash of pepper
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
Steps:
1) wash the raw rice and set aside
2) heat the pan. Add a bit of oil
3) add mushroom n stir fry. I like the umami smell n taste of mushroom to be release
4) add dried shrimps, garlic n spring onion. Stir fry till fragrance
5) add sausages to release oil from sausages.
6) add pumpkin n stir fry to mix all ingredients
7) add washed rice and mix well
8) add all sauces. Adjust to ur taste preference
9) mix really well
10) transfer to rice cooker. Cook as per normal rice setting.
