Prado | One of Lisbon’s Hippest Restaurants

A Michelin guide restaurant that has a casual and contemporary vibe all throughout the restaurant. The “farm to table” concept is heavily focused across all their dishes as they only serve seasonal and local market produce and ingredients. Recommend getting a reservation in advance!

What I got:

Sourdough Bread ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Soft on the inside but crisp on the outside. A good sourdough bread served with house-made olive oil and Alentejano pork fat.

Smoked Eel ⭐️⭐️

Was not my favorite dish.. It was very subpar than I thought it would be. The flavors were unfortunately just not doing it for me.

Bluefin Tuna Belly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Favorite dish! The tuna belly was so soft - it basically melts in your mouth. The combination of everything was just *chef’s kisses*.

Acorn fed Alentejano Pork ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Another favorite dish! The pork was juicy and the flavors were coming through. Definitely get this if you visit!
