Easy pressure cooked Chicken Pot Pie meal

5 Chicken thighs seasoned to your liking

2 cans (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup

Chicken broth (just enough to cover chicken in crockpot)

1 bag of frozen mixed veggies

Stir until soup is loose

Cook on high for 30 mins

Shred the chicken breast

Add 2-3 tbsp sour cream (optional)

Season to taste (if needed)

Let cook for 30 mins

Bake biscuits according to directions
