These are some of the things I have done that have improved my sleep SOOO much.

1: sleep mask. The full coverage one works so much better because it reduces light and helps with stimulation. It’s also much more comfortable. I got mine at dollar tree

2: sleep cycle calculator. Your body has a circadian rhythm. Sleep cycles last an hour and thirty minutes. You’ll wake up feeling so much more energized if you go to sleep within the right timing for the cycle. Even if you get less sleep you’ll feel much more energized because you’ll be waking up right before the next cycle starts.

3: facial care routine. Doing my facial care every night has helped me so much. It helps with feeling refreshed and it puts me in the right mindset to go to sleep.

4: red light filter. I’ll make a post with the steps to do this but this has been the biggest help. It completely blocks out all blue light and it makes your eyes really sleepy. I usually turn it on about an hour before I want to go to sleep.
