Ingredients

1 pound Russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

Water

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves roasted garlic

Salt & pepper

First peel and cube the potatoes.

Boil for 15 to 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

Drain the water.

Add in the butter, roasted garlic, salt and pepper.
