Pan Seared Steak

This steak recipe is incredibly hearty and flavorful! It’s super quick and easy to make too. Just 10 minutes from start to finish. I love serving it with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes or French fries. It’s high in protein and always fills me up.

Ingredients

6 ounce steak (sirloin, filet, tri-tip)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon oregano

First, season your steak with spices on both sides.

Drizzle olive oil in a large skillet.

Once the oil is hot, carefully place the seasoned steak in the skillet.

Sear for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

Then, place on a plate.

Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.

Serve!
