my current hyperfixation meal 😐

I know I’m not the only one that fixates on a meal so hard that you eat it every day until you get SICK OF IT 🥵 this is the latest in #mygoto meals 👀

this “recipe” came about because I had lots of leftover cream cheese (from a smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich I made), and needed something to make with it. so obviously I went online to look for toast recipes, and I saw a “bruschetta” toast, and I thought it would pair well with cream cheese. so that’s how this balsamic tomato cream cheese toast was born 👶🏻

recipe:

🍞 toast your bread roll golden brown - BONUS if you can get your hands on sourdough

🧈 spread a thick layer of cream cheese onto your crisp toast

🍅 slice your cherry tomatoes into half (tbh I’d love to use some fancy heirfloom tomatoes but… a girl is broke) and place them onto the toast

🧂 season generously with salt and pepper

🫗 glazeeee your toast with lots of balsamic vinegar!!! I love the added zing this gives the toast
