1 Cup Distilled White Vinegar (5% Acidity)
2 1/2 T. Salt
2 1/2 T. Sugar (for a sweeter pickle, add 1/2 T. less salt and 1/2 T. more sugar)
2 C. Cold Water
6 Mini Cucumbers (cut however you would like. I like spears)
5-6 Large Garlic Cloves
1 1/2 t. Mustard Seeds
1/8-1/4 t. Red Pepper Flakes
Large handful of Dill (I add a LOT)
Any additional herbs or spices you would like
Just add your ingredients to a glass jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. The longer they sit, the better they taste (but mine rarely make it past 12 hours 😉)
