Colorful and healthy breakfast ideas!

I love making breakfast food and it’s my favorite meal of the day to make! I play around with a few different ingredients and it makes for a high-protein and balanced way to start your day. I usually base my breakfasts around eggs, veggies, fruit, and other protein. Here are some of my ideas!

1) Avocado and egg toast 🍞

Toast some whole wheat bread, add sliced avocado, scrambled eggs, and sriracha to your toast!

2) Asiago bagel sandwich (Einsteins dupe) 🥯

Grab some whipped cream cheese, sliced cheese, turkey, spinach, and scrambled eggs! Soooo yummy 😋

3) Avocado and egg on a bagel w/ strawberries 🍓

Such a colorful breakfast, I love to mix sweet and savory!

4) Brekky plate 🍽️

Includes seasoned scrambled eggs, sausage, blueberries, and strawberries. Sooo yummy and balanced!

5) Chocolate mango macadamia nut pancakes 🥞 with protein breakfast bowl!!

One of my favorite meals! The pancake mix was from Hawaii and took not too long to make. The protein bowl had two scoops of cottage cheese mixed in, two eggs, spinach, tomatoes, and sriracha 👩‍🍳😙🤌

6) Veggie breakfast bowl 🍳

A simple option with egg, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, spinach, and cherry tomatoes.

7) Omelette (veggie and meat) 🥚

Soo yummy if I’m looking to not have carbs and load the eggs with toppings! I added sausage, cheese, mushrooms, spinach, and sriracha (can’t you tell I love hot sauce??)
