Morning Supplement Lineup

The chokehold supplements have on me 😮‍💨 I love nothing more than a stroll down the supplement isle at Whole Foods or Sprouts. My current morning lineup is simple though as I’m focused on reducing inflammation & insulin resistance.

Here’s the lineup

• Myo Inositol - Helps create insulin sensitivity (wouldn’t recommend unless you have #pcos ). I got the brand Zazzee on Amazon.

• Turmeric & Cinnamon - Anti inflammatory. I get these at Sprouts.

• Nature Made Prenatal - My nails have gotten so strong taking this! I’m considering switching to Ritual though as I know it’s higher quality.

• Beekeeper’s Naturals Throat Spray - This is my ride or die. It kept me so healthy this past flu season; I got quite a few others hooked on it as well!
