Supplements are optional in your fitness journey- you do NOT need to take any supplements in order to see results. However, these are some supplements that I have found to be extremely beneficial in my overall health and wellness and also keep me lean.

1. Creatine- creatine is a natural substance that occurs in our bodies. Supplementing with creatine can enhance the effects of your workouts and lifting. Creatine helps to build lean muscle mass faster and can allow you to push more weight in the gym!

2. Greens powders- greens have lots of vitamins and minerals in them and are a great drink to start the day with. I always feel less bloated when I take my morning greens. They also have pro and prebiotics in them which are nutritious food for your gut microbiome!

3. Spirulina- Spirulina is filled with vitamins and minerals as well as antioxidant properties which help with things like inflammation and bloating. I always take these in the morning with my greens to keep that “morning skinny” feeling all day long!

4. Sea moss gel- sea moss gel has been the newest edition to my supplement lineup. While it has lots of benefits to your gut microbiome like being high in fiber and amino acids, it also supports healthy hair, skin and nails! I always take sea moss gel first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
