sourdough bagels 🫙

I’m lost at creating a caption for this post… the recipe I used was #theclevercarrot easy sourdough bagel recipe and I maybe over proofed the dough 🫠 but dang, these bagels are goooooood!

I always use metric measurements when baking with sour dough, so if you’re going to try this recipe… I recommend whipping out a food scale!

Ingredients Needed:

🫙 150g active #sourdough starter

🌾 500g King Arthur Bread Flour**

💧 250g warm water

🧂9g salt

🍚 24g sugar

& chocolate chips, Oreos, or whatever you are feeling as add-ins (measure these with your heart 💛)
