Where are my beef lovers?!? I had THE BEST kobe beef ever❤️😍 I was walking arnd Shijo area in Kyoto when I stumbled upon a small restaurant with a super long queue. So i made a reservation for the next day & it was the best kobe beef i ever had.

The restaurant has 2 levels, the 1st level sits about 10 people mainly counter seats. The 2nd level sits about 16 people. If you are seated on the 1st level, you will hv the chance to watch the chef prepare the various cuts of beef & how he cooks the other dishes.

I ordered an assortment set that comes with all wagyu cuts & one big piece of kobe beef✨ Each piece was so delicious its so difficult to describe how they tasted😭🥹 The Kobe beef however was the star. Just grill it for a few seconds on each side , add some salt/wasabi wtv suits you. The beef is SOOO tender & juicy, it literally melts in your mouth.

If you order Kobe beef, the chef will hand you the big chunk of meat & take a photo for you. Some places will offer the trophy to you as well. The trophy is an indication that it is real kobe beef.

If you are ever in Kyoto, pls make your way down here! Its super convenient too located right in the heart of the shopping districts. Its also very #WorthIt . My bill was SGD200 including 3 bottles of beers, 1 Beef soup & 100g of wagyu short ribs.
