#𝙁𝙊𝙊𝘿 | 𝙊𝙣𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙄𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙎𝙂

There are so many authentic italian restaurants in SG but one of my faves is Etna. I dine at Etna East Coast quite often cause its near my place. Etna's interior is very cosy & simple , just like how a typical Italian restaurant would look like. They also take your order the old fashioned way instead of getting you to order via mobile. A plus point, they allow pets outdoors!!! 🐶 its also truffle season so they have their white truffle menu is avail!

What I Ordered:

Ciriole alla Norcina $28

- Homemade semolina pasta with mushrooms, homemade sausage and truffle paste. The pasta is a lil thicker than usual but i really liked it.

Linguine al Granchio $28

- Linguine pasta in crab bisque with jumbo crabmeat. Although the menu said Jumbo, the size of the crabmeat was pretty small. But the portion was decent.

Stinco di Agnello al Nero d’Avola $32

- Braised lamb shank in Nero d’Avola wine sauce served with artichokes. This dish took super long to arrive... 🥲 won't recommend if you are in a rush or have no patience to wait. The dish is freshly baked and prepared, takes about 40mins in the oven. By the time it came, we were already done with everything else. It still tasted great , didnt have the gamy lamb taste but I wouldnt wanna wait 40mins for it🫠

Burrata Pizza $32

- Fresh Burrata Cheese with Parma Ham & rocket salad. This is my fav pizza in the menu😍 the Burrata is very fresh and they give alot!! Do note that traditional italian pizzas do have very thin dough despite having a thick crust. The ingredients do slide off quite easily😂

Quattro Stagioni $24

- Tomato, Mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, artichokes, cooked ham and black olives. This tasted similiar to the Burrata Pizza minus the cheese. Its a pretty good pizza but the amount of artichokes might not suit everyone. You can request for lesser.

Etna is highly raved for a reason, i give it 4/5 because i feel the service can be faster. Its a perfect spot to catch up #WithMyBesties , have a dinner date or family celebration. Etna is always full so do make a reservation before heading down!
