I work my abs after my upper body days (so twice a week) and I normally try to do treadmill sprints after as well!
LET'S GET ACTIVE
1️⃣ push-up to alternating toe touch 3xAMRAP (as many reps as possible)
2️⃣ db bench press 4x8-12
3️⃣ db arnold press 3x8-12
4️⃣ seated lateral raise 4x10-12
Superset x3
5️⃣ cable tricep push-downs x10
6️⃣ reverse grip cable tricep pull-downs x10
Superset x3
7️⃣ plank shoulder taps x10 each side
8️⃣ alternating v-ups x10 each side
