Regular cheese definitely doesn't need to be avoided, but it SHOULD be eaten in moderation. If you're someone who loovvees cheese and eats it frequently, I would consider opting for a fat free cheese occasionally in replacement.

Regular cheese has benefits (such as some healthy fats and protein) but it also is decently high in saturated fats. Having a diet high in saturated fat can raise the levels of LDL (bad) cholesterol in your blood which increases your risk of heart disease and stroke.

Fat free cheese is LOWER in fats, LOWER in calories (because there's less fat), and HIGHER in protein and other vitamins.

If you're trying to lose fat (which means you wanna be in a caloric deficit), fat free cheese would be helpful to you as well because it has less calories than regular cheese.

Regular cheese definitely doesn't need to be cut out from your diet, but if you eat it frequently and in large amounts, opt for fat free potentially more often than you do regular.

If you eat it with other things (such as in eggs or in a salad), it doesn't taste that different either🕺🏽It's worth it to give it a shot!!!
