Recipes🥗

Salmon Dinner:

1. Season salmon with seasoning of choice. I use paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and herbs.

2. While salmon sits cut up plantains into coins. Turn on air fryer.

3. Spray olive oil on plantains. And place into air fryer. Also place salmon into air fryer.

4. Leave for 15 minutes on 400F.

5. Sauté spinach while salmon and plantains cook.

6. Remove salmon and let plantains brown.

7. Plate everything and enjoy.

Shrimp Bowl:

1. In a heated pan with olive oil, add frozen shrimp. Mix together seasonings: chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, onion powder, sea salt, black pepper. Add seasonings to shrimp. Cook shrimp on both sides until cooked through. 6-8 minutes.

2. Boil Rice or Heat in Microwave.

3. Prepare all toppings.

4. Plate then mix together

Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla:

1. Shred chicken and add hot sauce and Hidden Valley ranch seasoning.

2. Warm up pan. Spray Olive Oil.

3. Place tortilla. Add cheese.

4. Add chicken and fold.

5. Mix sauce. Greek yogurt, hot sauce, ranch seasoning.

6. Remove quesadilla from heat. Plate. Enjoy.
