HIIT is one of my favorite types of cardio. Actually jk it IS my favorite. It's quick, challenging, and for sure gets the job done.

An efficient yet effective workout is my cup of tea☕️

HIIT workouts are great if you're looking to improve your endurance, strengthen your heart, burn fat, build muscle, and improve your athletic ability💥

CIRCUIT / 6 EXERCISES / LITTLE REST B/W EXERCISES / REST 1-2 MINUTES AFTER ONE FULL CIRCUIT DONE / REPEAT 3-4 TIMES

1️⃣ squat jumps x12

2️⃣ alternating lunge jumps x10 each leg

3️⃣ mountain climbers x20 each leg

4️⃣ bear plank with knee taps x10 each arm

5️⃣ jumping jacks x20

6️⃣ high knees x20 each side
