Let’s get into the details of the workout;

✨Start with dumbbell squats keeping your feet hip distance apart and sitting nice and low while keeping your chest lifted

✨Chops are one of my favorite core and full body explosive moves. Make sure to get a good grip on the dumbbell and am to keep a long spine as you go low on one side and high on the other.

✨Single leg deadlift with a row is an excellent combo to target your entire back side. Make sure to have a slight bend in your supporting knee and keep both hips square to the ground.

Aim to get 4 rounds of each of these exercises.. Then cue the sweat! 😅😅😅
