This is my official journey down 100lbs. And so far it’s going good.

CW: 309.8

I don’t want to necessarily lose exactly 100lbs, but it gives me a number to work towards. And i know everyone says not to focus on the scale. In which I don’t. kinda. I only weigh myself once a week,and i’m not pressed to do it either. But for right now, I do go by the number because i don’t necessarily see/feel a difference so the scale and my waist beads are my clutch.

But yeah, i’ve cleaned my diet up a lot but it’s a working progress. I’ve been doing strength training and cardio. And doing exercises i enjoy. that always makes it easier. I’m thinking of starting 75 soft. I think it’ll be fun and give me more discipline.

My goal rn is to make it out the 300’s. So until then, next time. 🫶🏾
