* This is probably one of the most triggering thing I hate. Do not let them manipulate you with their words ! And do not settle yourself for less even though their your partners and you love them. Honey, if they love you they wonβt think of the slightest to manipulate you !
* GUILT - when they make you feel less of yourself
* BLACKMAIL - when they know your insecurities and use that against you
* USING OTHERS TO MAKE YOU FEEL SHITTER - β everyone says that youβreβ¦. β
* OVERREACTING TO MAKE YOU FEEL BAD ABOUT HOW THEY FEEL - if they create so much drama especially in public, run !!

* DO NOT LET ANYONE TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE
* In my past few r/s, I was controlled on how to be dress, how to act, how to be around with friends / family. I was dumb and blinded by love I can say, and I thought that was a part of being in a r/s which was very stupid.
* Excessive Texts / Demanding you to reply to them on their TIMING - snapping at you when is not up to their standards

From my experience, my friends and I have been childhood friends and know each other for over decades. At that time my ex wasnβt happy about how we were texting with each other, having meet ups. We will fight and even get to physical sometimes, saying how he doesnβt allow me to meet / text them anymore and for that I had to cut them off which was one of the biggest mistakes I did ππ»
* Never ending lies - probably second most yulk thing I hate!!! Do not make yourself feel shit for them lying to you PLEASE!!
