This easy Egg Frittata is perfect to meal prep and packed with protein💪🏼

Recipe:

-4 eggs

-1/2 cup egg whites

-4 oz of sliced turkey

-1 cup of spinach

-Onion of choice

-1/4 cup of feta

-1 tsp of oregano

-1 tsp of garlic powder

-1/4 tsp of cayenne

1. Mix 4 eggs and 1/4 cup of egg whites.

2. Add the sliced turkey, spinach, onion, feta, oregano, garlic powder and cayenne.

3. Mix all the ingredients.

4. Bake it at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
