High Protein Gluten Free Banana Pudding Ice Cream

Banana pudding has me on a choke hold so I made a high protein, gluten free option using the viral cottage cheese and although it isn’t necessarily ice cream this will be on rotation for my go to guilt free desserts!!

I also didn’t get extremely bloated like I usually would with dairy so maybe cottage cheese is here to stay? 😂
