Products that HELP TO GROW MY HAIR pt 2

5️⃣ 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗢𝗶𝗹 :

I have been using TWG brand for quite a while. It's a brand known in China and I've heard very good raves about this brand from what I've searched. I'd only apply at the ends of my hair, not fully 'soaked' but a nice amount to keep my ends hydrated.

6️⃣ 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲-𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿 :

Curlies would understand that our ends tends to dry faster so I highly recommend a leave-in conditioner. I used this when I go out as I don't like to use any heat on my hair, I use this leave-in as a protectant from the sun. I spray at the ¾ bottom of my hair, avoid the scalp. And yes, Aussie brand is the best for curlies!

7️⃣ 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 :

If I want to go for more 'extras', I would use this cream BEFORE leave-in. This is like another accessory 🤣. I'd use only for going out but there are times I do use it when I'm at home. As for curl cream, I don't really mind for the brand as I like to try different things. Any brand is fine as long as it works for my hair, I'm good!

8️⃣ 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗢𝗶𝗹 & 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗢𝗶𝗹 :

This is optional. To stimulate my hair follicles, on my 2nd day hair, I would combined both hair oils to oil my hair. This process is called "Oiling". I would use a generous amount of both hair oils and use it to massage my whole scalp especially the roots. I'd always do this before my hair wash day which is on the 3rd day. You can try this method on yourself. Use whatever hair oil you have and starting oiling your scalp the day before you wash your hair OR 3 hours before you wash your hair. Do this every week and you'll see a difference!

9️⃣ 𝗕𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗯 & 𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵 :

For me, I'd personally choose to have 2 different hair tools. For bamboo hair comb, I would use it to detangle my wet hair starting for the ¾ bottom of my hair. Bamboo hair comb is the best to detangle wet hair (imo!). Do it nicely and be gentle! As for the wide hair brush, I brush my hair after my hair dry and also before I go to bed, after I wake up and also before I go shower to shampoo my hair.

🔟 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘄 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗽 & 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗲 :

I personally don't like to use hair ties or small hair ties cause it's damaging to my hair (imo). That's why I'd rather use hair claw and scrunchie. Cause when you do hair bun, less hair strands caught on it. Believe me! You can get them online or even any hair accessory store!

Everyone's hair is different. Hair growth, hair thickness goes in a different speed. Genetics do play apart. Your health also plays a part. Growing out your hair takes time and patience. If you take good care of your skin and indulge in skin care, why not do the same to your hair if you want it to be voluminous, strong and healthy, right?

Sometimes you don't need to buy whatever I recommend to put into your hair care routine. You just need to learn to play and find the right products and techniques 🫶🏽.
