Saw it on someone's lemon8 (can check it out) on how they boiled the rosemary

✅ can get the oil off shopee (<$10)

❎ u need to soak ur hair in the oil for at least 20minutes and it gets very oily... so if you dont like the smell & the feel, please dont use this

❎ if you are lazy maybe this is not for you

3. Supplements

👍Why I like it:

✅ easy hasslefree, just pop one in your mouth daily

✅/❌: my nails are quite brittle but i could feel it getting stronger. as for hair im not sure if it really works because of this or other methods...

❌ rather expensive!! its ard $70 for the big one and $40 for the smaller one. honestly can get it during sales or just not get it altogether 😬😬 but i heard its useful for people with acne?

4. Phytopecia Shampoo

👍Why I like it:

✅ Has a cooling effect, lowkey feels the shampoo used in Twoherbs too?

✅ Can feel my scalp feels lighter and less oiled throughout the day

❎ Expensive... This small bottle caused around $40+ on shopee but I think it is quite worth for me! Will definitely purchased it again

5. Unichi Hair Boost Gummy

👍Why I like it:

✅ Easy to chew, i love gummy 🫶🏻

✅ my mom tried it and her baby hair also started growing

❌ effect is slower for me, or maybe it was like a placebo for me? but im on my second bottle now and will be documenting my growth!
