I can’t find pork ribs with bone in. This food is very very savory, delicious. A little bit of spicy and sour so perfect! I loveeee 😋

Ingredients:

- Pork ribs

- Lemongrass

- Tomato

- Cilantro

- Green onion

- Chili (fresh and dried)

- Fish sauce

- Chicken bouillon, MSG

- Water

*note: MSG is optional if you can’t find but I add this to every dish I cooked,

- Lemongrass is sold at Asian store (I never cook without it yet but it help with the smell).

- Fresh chili gives the hot taste more than dried chili.

Instructions:

1. Cook pork ribs in med-high heat until it cooked

2. Pour the water out and add new water.

3. Add lemongrass first and start to season with the rest of seasonings

4. Boil and make sure meat is cooked all the way on the inside.

5. Turn off stove and add lime juice later.

(If add lime juice while it’s cooking on heat, heat will turn lime juice bitter)
