Delicious frozen yoghurt barks 🤤💓

HI THERE!! Having a sweet craving and need a healthier snack idea? Try out this easy yoghurt barkss, to me it is soo so good!!!! Icy yoghurt with sweetness from chocolate and fruits, it pairs so well and taste amazinggf🤤🤤🤤 ~ Let’s get started🫶

recipe:

1 cup plain yoghurt

1 tbsp honey

strawberry

blueberry

~some fruits ( i used strawberries and blueberries, they are in season now ~ just check out your supermarkets)

~Some melted chocolate ( abt 1-2tbsp shld be enough)

Steps~

Step 1: In a bowl, mix the plain yoghurt with the honey. Mix well together until everything is incorporated

Step 2: Next pour this smooth yoghurt mixture onto a flat pan lined with baking paper.

Step 3: Cut up some fruits and add on top of the yoghurt mixture. U can get creative and make it look beautiful 🤩

Step 4: Melt some chocolate~ u can use double boiler or microwave to melt

Step 5: Drizzle this melted chocolate on top.

Step 6: Place this tray into the freezer for at least 3hrs or overnight until it is completely frozen

Step 7: Once frozen, take it out of the freezer. Break the bark into smaller yoghurt pieces. Store it in a ziplock bag and enjoy it whenever you want 🫶
