🙌🏻So here is how I do it & how I teach it in my burnout coaching program

1. Block schedule: Don’t work on everything everyday… this is gonna have your brain split in too many directions. Dedicate each day or every other day to certain tasks

Example: Monday, Wednesday, Friday I coach, Tues/Thurs I work on my masters degree

2. Plan ahead & Prioritize: What tasks need to be done first? How long will this task take? What is your goal from completing this task? The more organized you are, the calmer you will be in your mind:)

3. Take Breaks: Schedule them in if you have to! And by take a break I mean stop using your brain. Go outside and meditate, walk away from your devices, take some deep breaths, take short walk, so some stretching
