how i’ve struggled with my weight❤️‍🔥

i hope my journey can help someone reading this. there is SO much more to my story. but this is a little snippet because i know what it’s like to not feel confident + battle your own mind day in & day out (i still have my days.)

but im here to create a safe space because i understand the struggles of weight problems, hormone issues, mental health + just flat out surviving in life & trying to just make it.

this is a reminder that you CAN feel like yourself again. you just have to prioritize mindset + your health & it will

all fall into place.
