This past year I have been working on fixing my hormones + healing my gut pcos + mold + a plethora of other things (!!!)
I have had poor gut health the past 2.5 years and so here were some symptoms I had that i was able to reverse (by diet & getting to the root cause of my issues)!!!
Symptoms of poor gut health:
🕊️skin issues ~ inflammation in the gut / issues going on in the gut always show up in your skin. your body tells you what needs attention by coming out in your skin.
🕊️unintentional weight changes ~ our gut affects our hormones, especially as women, so it’s important to have a healthy gut, to have balanced hormones, to then be able to have a healthy weight balance for your body.
🕊️digestive issues ~ having a hard time digesting foods means inflammation in the gut. this can lead to feelings of uncomfortability, bloating, gas.
These are just a few signs of bad gut health that i have personally dealt with. If you are having severe symptoms, i recommend seeing a holistic doctor so they can help you get to the root cause of your issues.
