I only eat whole foods & do not eat: processed sugar, seed oils, sugar, gluten, anything that doesn’t come from the earth/ isn’t beneficial to our health. What we put in our bodies (especially as women) can be healing OR detrimental to our health/hormones.
I try to stay away from most vegetables & fruits that are not bought at a farmers market. A lot of the veggies & fruit are sprayed with fertilizers/chemicals that we have no idea about, so be more damaging to our health in ways. If you buy fruit + veggies, try to prioritize the “organic” in the store, or stick to buying them from a local farmer!
Here is a list of healthy, whole foods to incorporate into your meals this fall season:
~ red meat
~ organic chicken
~ organic pears
~ cranberries
~ sweet potatoes
~ pasture raised eggs
~ organic apples
~ avocado
~ raw nuts
+ reminder: eating local fruit in season to where you live is also so important (as long as it’s not sprayed) !!! Our bodies adapt to our environment + need the nutrients from the food in our environment!
