This morning I was running late, so I had to grab something quick for breakfast.

Forgot my lunch, had to have my husband drop of my go to McDonald’s 😂

For dinner we were supposed to have a home chef meal but it’s arriving tomorrow now.

Definitely a very bad day calorie wise but I was still technically under my maintenance calories so I call that a win.
