🚴🏾‍♀️ be sure to pace yourself and go as fast and quickly as you need to. A good rule of thumb I stick to is use the best energy for last. So once I feel the heel getting steep I won’t be too burnt out to climb it.

⭐️ DOWNHILL | 20 MINUTES ⭐️

🚴🏾‍♀️ keep the same mindset going downhill just be sure to still pedal as you’re going downhill. As you’re going downhill typically does all the work for you but cycling while you’re going down isn’t bad either!!

⭐️ COOL DOWN | 5 MINUTES ⭐️

I usually walk around the block as a cool down. That way I can get some fresh air as well as get my heart rate back to normal!
