Is it okay to charge your iphone overnight?

I use the Apple 20W charger day and night. I’ve had my phone for a little over a year and the battery has degraded to 90%. I don’t usually obsess over my battery health because I don’t mind paying $100 for a new battery every 2-3 years. However, I plan on getting the 17 Pro next year and maybe this time around I’m going to take care of it more.

Should I get a lower wattage charger or just keep using the 20W overnight and don’t worry about it? Are there any side effects of leaving your iPhone charging all night every night?
