AFFORDABLE CURLY HAIR ROUTINE ✨

Took me a few months to figure out this curly hair routine after getting a perm this year. I find this routine works super well for me to achieve a wavy beach curl look. Follow my routine below to a great looking hair day! 💗

Step 1: Wash hair

I suggest using a curly hair shampoo and conditioner (will post a wash routine)

Step 2: apply leave in

Apply the OLAPLEX leave in all over wet hair. I love to first run it on my palm and smooth it all over my hair to reduce frizz. Do not scrunch yet (that’ll be later)

Step 3: curl cream

Apply some curl talk curl cream to your palm and scrunch your curls. I suggest doing so for a few minutes to really define the curls.

Step 4: curl mousse

This mousse is my favorite part of the routine! Gently flip your hair upside down and add a generous amount of curl cream to your palm. Scrunch into curls upside down for maximum volume. Do this for a few minutes

Step 5: Curl talk gel

After scrunching, flip hair up right and apply gel to palm and scrunch gently into hair. This will be sticky but it will keep the curls in place until YOYR next wash day!

Step 6: defuse the hair or let air dry.

Step 7: Hair oil

My favorite hair oil is the Luôdais hair oil. When I got my perm, my hair dresses used it on my curls and they instantly looked fabulous I knew I had to get my hands on them. They are affordable and work like magic! Just put some on pal and scrunch into dry hair!
